Sweet potatoes And Weight Loss

If you ask 10 people that what they think is the best way to reduce weight and get a flat belly then 8 out of 10 people will suggest you to eat less and exercise more.

According to me this is not gonna help you in any way. With less food and high exercise you are only torturing your body and nothing gonna
happen with your weight loss.
All you need to have a high metabolism for burning fat if you really want to get
rid of extra weight from your body in a healthy way. A healthy diet is the only healthy way to accomplish your goal of weight reducing in a safe zone.

There are many people who quit eating and do a lot of cardio twice in a day and they think they are becoming more fit by loosing more fat. But i am afraid this is not the reality, these people maybe watching a wight loss but they don't realizing that their body is becoming weak. They are not healthy anymore. Their outer body may look good but their inner body is very weak. Their body don;t have enough energy to work.The energy which comes from the food we eat.

So lets face it, we to eat so that we can reduce extra weight from our body in a healthy way and in a safe zone.

A healthy diet comprises of 5-7 small meals in a day with a lot of water.
For your metabolism to go high you have to eat food with more carbohydrate and fiber.

carbohydrate is responsible for your firing metabolism and hence burning fat, and with lot of fibers you will be able to get rid of undigested food from your stomach. Fiber is also helpful in digesting food that you eat.

Sweet potato is a source of extreme carbohydrate and fiber. You should eat sweet potato everyday in your first 3 meals of the day.
try to eat at least 6 meals in a day. and don't forget to drink at least 3 litres of water in a day. Water is very useful in getting rid of garbage from your body and of course if you drink water then you wont feel hungry.
